From San Angelo. Sister had a doctors appointment July 23,24. Receptionist told us about this place. We both ordered the cheese burgers with the works, with fries & a drink , & a order of onion rings. The meat on the burgers are cooked to you liking. The patty was thick & covered the large bun. Haven't had a old fashion juciy great tasten burger in a long time. 😋 The employees were very friendly. The price of the meal was worth every penny. We will be back. Even if theirs no doctors appointment. You have a GREAT GEM ABILENE !!

Came to Texas flaming grill for lunch I ordered the gyro combo which was amazing 🤩 my friend ordered the Philly cheese steak combo in which she has had slightly better before at other places however it still was a really good cheese steak. The atmosphere was great, there was not a long wait and the staff were very friendly 😀 I recommend anybody in Abilene that wants a good spot to eat for lunch real quick this is the spot. They also have really good cheeseburgers and they have chicken fettuccine alfredo! We will definitely return. A little known gem in Abilene, you should check it out if you have not already.

The service was great and friendly, and the food was hot, hot, hot, and fresh! Fries were crispy and delicious and the sandwiches we got were great. So many places in Abilene that offer takeout, the food always winds up being so cold. That was not the case with this restaurant! The woman at the register was so kind. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I have eaten there twice. Both times I ordered the Western BBQ burger and rings. It was great! And they serve huge portions too. I have had to save some for later both times. The burger was done exactly as I requested both times. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to eat a good burger. My son and daughter in law really liked it a lot too. My son said that the Philly Cheese Steak was the best he has had. My daughter in law had the Chili Cheese Burger and raved about it as well. I don't give 5 stars as a rule of thumb. But they definitely deserve a 4 across the board. Good stuff!

Super sweet owners! Food was absolutely amazing!! I had to drive clear across town after I got my food to go and it was still Hot I thought I had ordered chili cheese fries, but I had actually ordered the bacon cheese fries and they were amazing as well. Can’t wait to go back and try the chili cheese fries. The Philly cheesesteak was absolutely bomb!!!

We tried this restaurant and I have to say, I'm rather impressed. We order the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches and they were bomb! I haven't had a decent Philly since the last time I was in Philly. Fries we great and so was the lemonade, not tart or over powering lemon or sweetness. We will definitely be returning again to explore more items on their menu.

Small but mighty. The staff was great. It was so busy, and even when there were some young men being goof nuts, the staff treated them well. My friend and I loved the food. She had a bacon cheese burger, and I had the gyro. Her burger was huge, and my gyro had so much lamb meat in it that neither one of us could eat our fries. She wasn't fond of the fries, but I liked them. Can't wait to go back.

Great food and excellent customer service! The lady taking orders (Kissu) was very helpful and kind when I was debating on what to order. It felt like I was visiting with a friend. The bacon burger was excellent and they didn’t skimp on anything! We will definitely be going back!

I love everything about this place, food is always spot on, people are always super friendly, I will continue to eat here's long as they are around. I did however do an online order this time, and it asked for a tip, I declined the tip since I see no need to tip if I'm not being waited on, and I'm picking my food up myself, but it added a tip anyway. Not really a big deal, but just didn't find tipping necessary in this instance, but I will continue to return.

Basic cheeseburger. Can you mess it up? Yep. This was a delicious burger! Staff greeted us with friendliness, even asked how we wanted it cooked.. My husband and i ordered the 1/4 pounder. It was good from the first bite to the last. Seasoned nicely cooked just right!

This was the best hamburger I have ever eaten! Seriously. I had the bacon cheeseburger. The beef patty was juicy and cooked exactly as I like it. Condiments were applied liberally. The bacon was crisp and plentiful. The service was also top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. I consider the price reasonable for the quality I received. I did not go inside the restaurant so I can't speak to cleanliness or design, but I'm sure this won't be my last visit.

This is my favorite burger joint in Abilene, hands down the best damn burgers in the area!! It’s not often you go somewhere and they ask you “how do you want your burger cooked”, medium rare of course!! The best thing is they do it and deliver each and every time!! The best thing about this place next to the food is the customer service and the staff here. Each time I go they are welcoming and attentive. This is a place I’d recommend to anyone!

Super nice people and great burgers! It takes longer than McDonalds (everything is cooked to order) but it’s well worth the wait! I got the limited time hatch green chile big burger which was great (perfectly spicy)… I’ll admit I was already hungry but it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I was kinda surprised when they asked how I wanted it cooked (Wendy’s doesn’t give you options) so I asked for medium and it was perfectly pink all the way through! Add a large root beer with Sonic style ice, decent fries, lots of napkins and cancel your afternoon plans… you’re gonna need a nap!

Went to Texas Flaming Grill on Ambler for lunch. My grandson got a bacon cheeseburger and liked it soo much he said this place needs help so people can find them. He emptied his pockets into the tip jar before he told us. My friend got regular cheeseburger and said it was delicious. I got the cheese steak combo and it was amazing. The staff all were very sweet and I'd give them ten points if it'd let me. The order taker asked how they wanted their burgers cooked, and they got what they asked for, very impressed because it was the first time eating a burger they'd ever been asked. Substituted tater tots for myself and my friend and the grease was clean no taste of grease at all a rarity. My grandson got fries and even though he rarely eats fries he ate them all, a testament on how good they were. The buns were fresh and lightly toasted. We will be back of course.

Service was exceptional! The lady upfront was so so nice. My food wasn't that good though. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it just did not hit the spot. The meat tasted as if it was boiled and it lacked any flavor. It was so bland that I added some salt to it and that didn't even help. I did however enjoy the fries! More places need those type of fries 🍟

I thought they closed at ten since it was 920pm one evening as I drove to the drive through window. The lady took my order, and asked me to pull around to wait for order. So very nice the whole TIME. When she came out to bring my food, in conversation I asked if they about done for the day? seeing as getting closer to ten. She replied oh yes ma'am, we close at nine. WHAT Omg! I'm so sorry, it looked open and you never said anything just took my order. She explained no worries enjoy she said. I have since made this place one my regular spots. Always great food. I've eaten several menu items. Never disappointed and Customer service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ALWAYS.

Stopped here on a long road trip and it was perfect. We came around 2 on a Tuesday and not only was the food good, there was a lot of space for the kids to roam around and stretch in the restaurant and not bother anyone. And the owner was so friendly and played with our daughter. The kids ate all of their food with no complaints too which is also a plus. If I were local, I’d be a regular

I got a double meat bacon burger. And boy I was surprised! That was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. I have been to world famous burger joints in the new Mexico , Arizona and Texas area and not one is as good as this place. A double meat is a hand full. Thank you guys for making my evening. This had become a go too. Philly cheese steak is great crunchy veggies gooey cheese love it. The gyro awesome again loaded with veggies and meat perfect ratio. The best unsweetened ice tea have them toss in a couple lemons and bam! Emeril would be proud. Keep it up.

This place, this place...I eat here at least once a week for lunch. 1/2 lb. Hamburger combo for $9.85 us a great deal, I get it well done and the burger melts in your mouth, making me look forward to the next visit. 10-12 minutes turnaround us great for lunch visit.
